ASG Day 2 – Player Media Day!

I apologize for the lack of updates during the day, I started my new job today and was there all day for orientation! Thanks to my trusty iPhone, I checked up on Twitter and Facebook during my breaks so I did retweet some things. As promised, here is your end day report with all the media (pictures will be in a separate post). Pens’ All-Stars Hope to Impress at Skills by Michelle Crechiolo

“It’s the same as last year, so it’s not that bad,” he said. “(Skating backwards) is a little bit of an awkward position. But I’m looking forward to doing it again. One year I’ve done it. So I’m going to be more experienced in that regard.”

While he wasn’t surprised to be chosen to defend his Fastest Skater (backwards) title, Letang was surprised to be pegged for the the one-timer challenge again.

“Last year it didn’t go too well for me,” he said. “But it’s their pick. I think I was probably their last pick on that one.”
