Pens fall to the Canadiens in home opener 3-2; pregame Red Carpet arrival photos!

The Penguins home opener started with a great red carpet entrance where the players walked by fans as they entered the Consol Energy Center. The game was an exciting one, 1st period starting off slow, but picking up in the 2nd with 2 goals scored by the Pens (1 was Kris’ goal that tied the game) . Unfortunately, the Pens couldn’t hold the lead in the 3rd with the game winning goal being scored by Canadiens’ forward Tomas Fleischmann. Interesting to note, there were only 4 penalites in the game. Kris lead the team in total on ice time with 26:40 and also lead the team in shots (5), he also scored 1 goal and a point, and had 4 hits. So despite the loss to the Canadiens, Kris had a great game!
