Kris Letang returns in Game 5 – Capitals beat the Penguins 3-1

Kris Letang returned to action in game 5 after being suspended for 1 game, not playing in game 4. The Capitals upped their defense and offense, winning 3-1 in regulation. However, the Penguins out shot the Capitals 31 to 19! It was a physical game and very intense. Kris had a quiet game, he was pointless and scoreless but he did have 2 shots and 3 hits; lead the entire field in ice time with 30:11.
