Kris Letang plays in his 500th game, Penguins snap the Capitals win streak!

It was Kris’ 500th game (post to follow right after this about that) and it ended with a win against the Capitals in Washington D.C. Fleury was on point that night, with only one goal allowed, facing 34 shots. However, both goalies and defense were holding each other straight through first two periods. It wasn’t until the 3rd that the PenguinsĀ and Capitals found the net, score 3 and 1 respectively. Kris had 3 shots and 2 hits, lead team in total ice time with 24:19.
