Kris Letang takes a hard hit from Ryan Callahan but returns; Penguins fall to the Lightning in Game 1

Kris Letang was hit hard by Lightning forward Ryan Callahan and appeared to be shaken up but was able to leave the ice on his power. He did return to the game later in the period and finished the game. Game 1 was full of very physical and intense with players on both teamsĀ getting shaken and a few having to lave the game. Kris had to shots in this game and despite the hit in the first period, still lead the entire team in ice time. The Lightning’s defense held the Penguins to only one goal, with the Bolts scoring 3 against the Penguins.
